    Rare Vintage #261 Ernie Carafa Cast Iron Coil Tattoo Machine Shader.
    Genuine Ernie Carafa Coil Tattoo Machine in excellent used condition. This and the Dwyers are my favorite coil machines of all time. It’s an incredible machine, and although it’s ruff around the edges it’s still in awesome condition. It could be #192 but I think it’s #261. All the parts are original except the vise screw and probably the spring set which looks like a new old stock Spaulding set but I could be wrong. It runs like a brand new hand crafted coil machine, no performance issues, only a very slight amount of coil warpage, everything lines up great. The binding posts look super clean and well maintained, same with the A bar. The paint job is worn but it adds so much character to this cast iron relic. Oh, the buffalo nickel washers were probably added. It’ll come with both vise screws. I’ve seen a partially rebuilt Carafa go for 0, this price is more then fair.
