This item is not in the current catalog but it has never been used
Stamped hoop kit preprinted with special puff paint
Must be puffed before painted
Puff paint is almost invisible when you receive this item.
But comes to life before your eyes when you puff it.
Kit includes, one 13" x 13" stamped 65% polyester 35% cotton beige permanent press fabric
10" wooden hoop beige eyelet lace trim, cardboard backing and chart
There is  instruction
It may be folded for mailing but a little pressing will remove the creases.
